For purposes of Clause (a) of Sub-section (2) of Section 25 and sub-clause  (1) of Clause (c) of Sub-section (3) of Section 40 of the Act, the  standards determined by the Nepal Rastra Bank shall apply in respect of a debt of a bank or financial institution becoming as unrecoverable or its
conversion into a bad debt.
